Currently, we have confirmed an issue wherein character images will not
display properly on the New Lodestone.
In the New Lodestone, character images are systematically updated
whenever a character commits some notable action within the game. However, due
to the current extremely high number of characters, the system cannot keep up
with refreshing the images.
We are investigating the matter, but in the meantime, if you encounter
this issue wherein your character’s image will not display, we ask that you
please try testing several times by logging out or changing your equipment
within the game, as these actions cause your character’s image to refresh.
*Images will take several hours to refresh.
